Biography
I have practiced 36 years, licensed in Ohio(inactive), Missouri and in the process of obtaining my license in Michigan. I served 3 years as an Army JAGC and spent the last 33 years with ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE-ESE) retiring as General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary.
